Ooo-Eee, in their AUCW debut, Tortuga will provide you with the Calm On The Water from your 9 to 5 with their take on Dolly Parton w/ Kenny Rogers for AUCW11 Night One: The 80’s, on August 24th, 2017 at Delmar Hall. : Jess Luther

Even a Fool Would Let Go of the Sweet Agony of the Hush-A-Bye Hard Times. But, when you Think About Love, you can surely expect the Same Old Fool to Act Like A Fool and stay a Fool For Your Love.

Old Flames (Can’t Hold A Candle To You), baby. Real Love is worth Starting Over Again. But You Know I Love You, You’re The Only One I Ever Needed. Say Goodnight honey, and Tie Our Love (In a Double Knot).

Please help me in welcoming Tortuga to the AUCW family by telling all of your friends and of course by joining us on August 24th. Get your tickets now, as they will sell out!

The City Hall of University City

Constructed in 1903, the former “Woman’s Magazine Building” ultimately became the University City City Hall in 1930 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1975. The rococo-style, octagonal icon, built by the infamous magazine tycoon and former mayor of U. City Edward Gardner Lewis, has stood tall at the west-end of the Loop for over a century — including once housing the world’s largest carbon arc searchlight on it’s domed-roof during the 1904 World’s Fair.
